I've been quiet for a bit but just wanted to update and let you know that I'm about half-way done with Stewie Griffin. The head is pretty much done but i'm doing a fullbody one this time so the clothes are taking longer than I want it to. I'll probably post it sometime this weekend. If not then Monday the latest.

* UPDATE * I didn't end up recording the process this time around. It was pretty simple for the head though so i dunno how interesting it would have been. I'll make sure to record when i do a Popeye one.

Wow I really love the Jessica Rabbit picture you did! She is one of my fav characters and the work you did is amazing! It's amazing how many people are completely out of touch with reality. How would a "realistic" Buzz Lightyear look any different from the one in the movie? IT'S A FREAKING PLASTIC TOY! One of the very reasons the subject was a first choice in the era of simple plastic shaders of the time... putting real human skin wouldn't do it any good.
I'd like to see an animé character, like half-human/half-dog Inuyasha, Goku or Vegeta. Piccolo'd be cool too! XD

Idea for you. Do George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, or Ben Franklin. For Lincoln, you could start with a photo of him and use your process to make it into a brand new, super sharp color photo. For Washington or Franklin, you could start with a painting and turn it into a nice new photo.
I also want to see Scooby Doo, Shaggy, and Charlie Brown.
